In short, we (brokers/agents of Insurance Friend) only use your information to help you run quotes and apply for insurance. Your information is never shared with anyone outside of our agency except the insurance companies that you are applying with!
As insurance brokers we are trained and authorized to collect personally identifiable information (PII). Any PII we collect is used to provide you with insurance quotes and/or coverages. If you choose to give us PII, we may share this information within our agency to assist in getting you the best coverages available on your behalf. PII is used or disclosed only under the following circumstances: (1) obtaining a quote or (2) completing an insurance application on your behalf. If you choose not to provide us with the PII requested, or not to respond to certain questions, we will probably not be able to provide you with accurate quotes or complete an application for insurance, and you’ll need to contact the insurance company directly.
